Our Services
Our service area is predominantly in the Brainerd Lakes Area of Central Minnesota. However, we are willing to travel to a wide variety of locations! Below is a list of the services we offer. We’ve organized our services into three categories below for a more comprehensive look at what we offer! The First category is our main area of focus as a company. This is the work we do the best and excel at! The second category is work we can and will do, but it isn’t our main area of focus for smaller jobs. For example, we can and do painting for our whole house projects. However, if you are looking to have a room or two painted in your home, we may refer you to a trusted partner if we are further out with other projects. The third service area comes in for whole house builds that require specialty licensed subcontractors like electricians, plumbers and HVAC. For these areas we take on the role of general contractor and hire the right professionals to come in at the right time to get the project complete!

Services We Subcontract When General Contracting a Complete Build

At this time, we do not have our own in-house designer for large scale projects. However, we know a few people who can draw up building plans to your liking and we can take the project from there!

We typically do our own framing for smaller projects. However, for large homes and buildings we will work with a framing company to get the job done quicker and more efficiently.

We do our own foundations for small buildings and structures. For medium to large projects, we work with local excavating and masonry companies to get the job done.
